I'm back.

I'm back. After almost 3 years of not doing anything related to game development I've decided to pick up the hobby again. This game, Artemis, was started a few months back. I only did the terrain and the player controller, but quickly got overwhelmed by all the things I had forgotten. It took the excitement away, having to relearn all the things I used to know. Blender was a mystery and vscode had me by the neck. It wasn't fun, so I quit... again.
But the other night I had this urge to try again. I did a few models in blender and it was SO FUN. I then got the idea to create a short horror game. That's when I realized I had this prototype called Artemis lying around on my hard drive. I quickly got to work and after about 8 hours of nightly developing I had pretty much finished the game.
The day after, I woke up and played CS2 for 5 hours, and then I finished Artemis. It's a very, very, short game. It takes about 4-5 minutes to complete... if you can call it that. To me however, it was a proof of concept. I can get back to this, because I love it.
Hope you enjoy my little project!
